When we were provided the opportunity to move our relocation agent provided two names who were experienced in our area. Marie was one of those names. When she first came to the house she toured the home and asked numerous questions. She told us she would get back to us in a day or so with an offering number. To her word she contacted us with a offer price she thought we could get. It was higher than we thought and quite a bit higher than the other agent. My wife and I spoke and decided to contact our relocation agent again to ask each agent how they came to their offer prices. Conversations were had and we decided to go with Marie. Over the next few days we decided on a date and time for our first Open House. Marie made suggestions as to a few changes to the house to prepare for that day. The open house came and went and we received a number of offers the same day. We accepted one and they turned out to be the purchasers. Marie handled everything. She is very professional and very pleasant to deal with. More importantly she knows her market. The house sold right at the offering price she suggested. We were very pleased.I’ll also add that even though we’ve moved she still acts as a go between us and the purchasers. Invariably things arise such as packages still being delivered to our old address. I truly appreciate that. I am so happy we went with her. I’ve been involved more than a few transactions over the years and while the previous agents were nice to deal with I’d choose Marie 10 out of 10 times.
